DAY HIKES

All day tours require $5.00 p/p BLM fee if hiking on BLM land.($10 p/p per week)
BACKPACK RATES
Backpacking with all services including food
$380.00 per day for 1 person
$250.00 per day/per person for 2 or more people
Vehicle Support Trips with all services including food
$430.00 per day for 1 person
$300.00 per day/per person for 2 or more people
Foe Payment & Cancellation Policy
1. Far Out Expeditions Payment Policy:
a. $150.00 non-refundable deposit per person per trip is due at time of application for trip
b. Balance is due 45 days prior to trip departure date. For those Participants making reservations within the 45-day period, full payment should accompany the registration.
c. Cancellations by participant must be received by FOE in writing 30 days or more prior to departure date of the trip in order for a refund to be issued – less the deposit. There can be no refunds after the 30-day cut-off date. We strongly recommend Trip Cancellation insurance to protect yourself should you have to cancel your reservation.(Contact your insurance agent)
d. There is a non-refundable charge of $100 if the trip participant should have to be recognized as an insured party for Far Out Expeditions’ guide insurance.
2. Far Out Expeditions reserves the right to:
a. Offer your place on the trip to another person if payment is not received by date due.
b. Accept or reject any trip application for any reason.
3. Far Out Expeditions’ Cancellation Policy:
a. FOE reserves the right at it’s sole discretion to cancel any trip 14 days prior to departure date with a full refund – including deposit – to Participant.
b. FOE reserves the right at any time and at its sole discretion to:
- terminate the entire trip for good cause
- discontinue the participation of Participant for good cause
- make changes in the itinerary of any trip when conditions require
FOE reserves the right to adjust the rates listed above based on custom trips such as longer photo days, etc.
Far Out Expeditions does not accept credit card payments through e-mail. Please submit any payment or credit card number in person, over the telephone or through U.S. mail.
